How to Apply for a Sub-Award Grant
Application Process for Sub-Award Implementing Organizations
Each year, U.S. embassies and consulates apply to participate in the International Sports Programming Initiative through a cable-led application process. Embassies and consulates select specific sports and themes that align with U.S. foreign policy priorities and propose timelines for the implementation of a reciprocal exchange program.
PH International is the primary 501(c)3 implementing partner of the International Sports Programming Initiative:
PH works to select sub-award organizations to support in the implementation of select exchange programs. The application process for fellow U.S.-based non-profit organizations to apply to implement a sports exchange program is outlined below:
1.
Review details on open applications for sub-award opportunities on their respective page.
2.
Submit required proposal forms including a proposal budget and draft itinerary.
3.
PH International will review all proposals and select a sub-award organization for each available exchange.
4.
Pending completion and acceptance of a sub-award risk assessment questionnaire, the selected sub-award organization signs a contractual agreement to implement the exchange program.
5.
The selected sub-award organization organizes the exchange program with PH International supervision over the course of one year.
6.
The sub-award organization submits relevant program and finance reports as outlined in their contract.
